RETURN POLICY
Returns Period
We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your order. To request a return, please contact our support team before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• unused,
• in their original condition,
• with tags and original packaging intact,
• accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return form and shipping instructions.
Non-Returnable Items

These cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
If the issue is caused by us, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or any reason caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• When applicable, returns must be sent to our designated warehouse (location provided after approval).
• No restocking fees will be charged.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want after your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused by the customer, a €15 handling fee will be applied, in addition to the return shipping cost back to our warehouse.
